BUSBYS Chartered Accountants are a member firm of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

BUSBYS is a partnership of David J R Meredith MA FCA, Carolyn Megan Gore FCCA ACA and Deborah Scott BSc FCCA. The business is located at Unit 7, Pickhill Business Centre, Smallhythe Road, Tenterden, Kent, TN30 7LZ.

BUSBYS are registered for VAT, and their VAT number is 373 6643 31. VAT will be charged on all fees as applicable under UK VAT legislation. Quotations or fee estimates will indicate whether services are being quoted for inclusive or exclusive of VAT.

The general terms and conditions of business provided to clients of BUSBYS will be set out in an engagement letter. For BUSBYS to undertake any work for a client, the appropriate engagement letter must be signed and returned to BUSBYS before any work can be undertaken. Engagement letters will include details of the price of our services, and how these are calculated. Wherever possible, we will quote and agree fees in advance.

BUSBYS provide a range of accountancy, taxation and business advisory services as would be expected from a firm of Chartered Accountants. BUSBYS are also regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales for a range of investment business activities.

In accordance with the disclosure requirements of the Provision of Services Regulations 2009, our professional indemnity insurer is Markel (UK) Limited, Riverside West, Whitehall Road, Leeds LS1 4AW. The territorial coverage is worldwide but it excludes professional business carried out from an office in the United States of America or Canada and excludes any action for a claim brought in any court in the United States of America or Canada.
